Hi, I’m Helen, Founder of Fastingly Fit, and I am here to help you get balance in your healthy lifestyle, by showing you how to eat what you love and still see healthy gains you deserve, without feeling guilty if you fall off track!  

We are so hard on ourselves when we don’t stay perfectly on track in our lives and that drips over into our food lives!  You can see the results you want to by just being on track 70% of the time, and I can show you how to do that!! Life is meant to be enjoyed and once we learn how to eat, we have food freedom for life!
