Hi, I Am Helen Reeves
After years of working to stay fit and battling with inflammation that I just could not seem to get rid of and after a battle with cellulitis in my foot that I would not wish on anyone, I had to get to the bottom of why I could sometimes get rid of my inflammation and sometimes I could not. I was frustrated, in pain and wanted to finally get to the bottom of what I had battled for over 20 years. I saw several doctors and none could not tell me why I had these issues, even though I thought I was eating healthy and spent hours at the gym teaching and working on myself. I am group fitness coach, and I was seeing clients having the same issue I was. I was on a mission to solve this issue. After about a year and a half of studying, gaining several certifications in nutrition and working with clients I have developed a plan that works without lots of supplements, extra time at the gym and still allows for you favorite foods! I want to teach you how to do this too so you will be healthy for life. My desire is for all of my clients, family and friends to be healthy and stop underlying inflammation that is keeping you unhealthy and causing Type 2 diabeties and insulin resistance.
Using intermittent fasting, learning what and when to eat has changed my life. I can’t wait to work with you and see your transition too!
